Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your paddling adventure started:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our paddling gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:- Your order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return

Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions

Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in original packaging with tags attached. Include:- Return authorization number (clearly visible)
- Copy of your order confirmation
Ship using a trackable method and keep your shipping receipt.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:- Refund method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund timing: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same return process and specify your replacement item in your email. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Customized or engraved paddles (from our Paddles category)
- Opened safety equipment (from our Parts category)
- Used water sports gear
Shipping Costs
- Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement item
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that qualified for free shipping
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
