Our Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (18318 Pioneer Dr, Anchorage, US 99577)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and include:

  • Return authorization number (clearly visible)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Ship using a trackable method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the return is processed.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges, follow the same return process and specify the replacement item you’d like in your email. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or engraved paddles
  • Opened safety equipment (life vests, helmets)
  • Used water sports gear

Shipping Costs

  • Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement item

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for orders that qualified for free shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your paddling gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
