Ordering & Shipping

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
All orders begin their journey from our flagship store in Anchorage, Alaska:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx
Free Shipping (orders over $50): 15-25 days via EMS
Pro Tip: Order during our off-season (October-February) for fastest delivery times!
Which countries do you ship to?
We proudly ship to over 60 countries worldwide! Some remote areas in Asia may have restrictions. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.
Do I need to pay import duties?
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes, which vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes due to the size of many of our watercraft packages. Please provide a physical delivery address.

Returns & Warranty

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. Your gear must be unused and in original packaging. Contact our Anchorage team to initiate a return at [email protected].
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. In those cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
What if my item arrives damaged?
